Frank brings more than 30 years of international management experience to the SecureAire executive team. Most recently, he was Director of Business Development for StrionAir, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Carrier Corporation a United Technologies Company (NYSE, UTX). Prior to its acquisition, StrionAir was a Venture Capital backed startup, which was turned around by the executive team. Prior to StrionAir, Frank was Vice President of Business Development for Willis Group Holdings (NYSE, WSH) in New York City. Frank also spent 16 years with Pall Corporation (NYSE, PLL), culminating as Senior Vice President of New Business Development and Strategic Marketing. In his sales and marketing efforts, he developed multiple new markets and product lines for the company, growing businesses from zero to as much as $200 million. He has turn-around experience and has worked extensively in Europe and Asia. Frank holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
Don Hess – Chief Technology Officer
Don is one of the Founders of SecureAire and the Inventor of PACT (Particle Accelerated Collision Technology) the base technology of the company. Don has over 35 years of research and product development experience including 17 years with IBM Corporation (NYSE, IBM) where he focused on designing particle reduction solutions for manufacturing cleanroom applications. In addition to IBM, Don has provided particle reduction solutions to companies that include Kodak, Texas Instruments, Motorola, Samsung, LG and Mitsubishi Electronics. Don has written over 40 peer reviewed papers related to Circuit Process and Integration, Defect Control, Oxide Semiconductor Physics and Contamination Control in liquid, vacuum and air environments. Don holds a Microelectronics Engineering Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Dr. Richard Salinaro – Vice President Materials Development
Rich brings a wealth of experience with more than 25 years in filtration materials and science to the SecureAire team. During his nearly 19 years with Pall Corporation (now a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation (NYSE, DHR)), Dr. Salinaro served in the capacities of Research Scientist and Group Leader while culminating his Pall Career in the role of Corporate Scientist. As Corporate Scientist, Dr. Salinaro led teams in developing new surface chemistries and membrane materials that spread throughout all of Pall’s extensive businesses. Furthermore, his group was responsible for identifying ground breaking technologies to enhance existing Pall products and to facilitate entry into previously untapped markets.
Dr. Salinaro earned his PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry from Yale University and a BS in Chemistry from Fairfield University.
Tom Piscitelli – Vice President Distributed Residential Products
Tom brings a wealth of real market experience to the SecureAire team. During his 45-year career in the HVAC industry, Tom spent twenty years with Honeywell (NYSE: HON) in sales and sales management roles with an emphasis on residential IAQ products. Tom played an active role in creating Honeywell’s IAQ market dominance which led him to a management position with an HVAC Distribution Company. Tom also founded TRUST® Training and Coaching (www.sellingtrust.com) and has conducted sales seminars that have improved the confidence and sales performance of over 10,000 HVAC sales professionals. His most recent project has been co-authoring and publishing the book, Proposition Selling: How to Create Extraordinary Success in Business-to-Business Sales (www.propositionselling.com). This landmark book provides a proven roadmap for sales professionals in a two-step distributed business environment.
Dr. Ereth is an internationally known expert in anesthesiology, transfusion, platelet function, and blood management who is a frequent speaker at medical schools and hospitals around the world. Dr. Ereth’s career has been marked by innovation and collaboration. In his 25 years at the Mayo Clinic he provided anesthesia and critical care to over 10,000 patients and authored more than one hundred peer reviewed journal articles and abstracts. He holds multiple patents for medical devices and upon retirement from the Mayo Clinic he founded Apri Health, Inc., where his team focuses on novel analytic solutions to common problems of patient safety and over-utilization. Mark also co-founded Cheetah Development, a non-profit based on a novel method of funding, Micro-Venture Capital.
Dr. Ben Lerner is a two-time New York Times, USA Today, Wall-Street Journal, and Christian Booksellers Association best-selling author with over 1 million books sold.
Dr. Lerner’s programs have been utilized in tens of thousands of corporations, churches, schools, and sports teams in countries all over the world. A former college All-American wrestler himself, he was first named as a doctor and wellness advisor for the USA Wrestling World Team in 1995. He traveled with USAW to the Atlanta, Sydney, London, and Rio Olympic Games, as well as eight world championships. Dr. Ben has personally worked as a doctor, nutrition, and fitness specialist for the NBA, Major League Baseball, USA Judo, USA Weightlifting, the NFL Alumni Association, and the LPGA. He holds a bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, is completing his Masters in I/O Psychology, is a Chiropractor, certified in advanced personal training, and holds advanced certifications in corporate and life coaching. He has consulted to over 2000 health care and corporate clients.
