SECUREAIRE PRESENTS LATEST OPERATING ROOM DATA AT HESNI’s ANNUAL MEETING

Oldsmar, Florida, May 5th, 2017

SecureAire presented the results from its latest study on Particle Control Technology which was conducted in a Hospital Operating Room at the recent Healthcare Engineering Society of Northern Illinois (HESNI) Annual Meeting.

“We believe that we are at the forefront of changing the way Indoor Air Quality is viewed in the Healthcare Environment”, said the company’s CEO and President, Frank Stamatatos.

Dr. Mark Ereth and Don Hess, Chief Technology Officer, presented the company’s most recent results by applying Particle Control Technology to an Operating Room. The study, conducted over a month long period, provided significant reduction of airborne contaminants without any major change to the existing HVAC system. According to Dr. Ereth, “All hospital patients are at risk for hospital acquired infections with the many who are immune compromised at even greater risk. Thus we believe that there is no safe threshold for airborne pathogens and contamination.”

SecureAire has developed revolutionary technology that will change the way people think about Air Purification and Filtration solutions in Healthcare. Having the ability to both Capture and INACTIVATETM Airborne Pathogens is a critical step in helping to reduce infection rates throughout Hospitals.

Mark Ereth, MD, Emeritus Professor of Anesthesiology, Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, Co-Founder and CEO, APRI Health, Inc.
